Early Access Notice: Tildea is currently in Early Access (Beta). The Service is provided free of charge during this period. Features, functionality, and availability may change without prior notice. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations of a beta product.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Tildea (“the Service”), operated by Tildea (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tildea. You represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Tildea is an AI-powered career platform that uses specialized AI agents to help users create resumes, cover letters, interview preparation materials, and professional correspondence. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
AI Transparency Notice (EU AI Act, Art. 50): This Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. All content produced by Tildea's AI agents is artificially generated and is clearly identified as such within the platform. AI-generated documents may include a disclosure label. You are always interacting with an AI system when using our content generation features — not a human professional.
During the Early Access period:
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this section excludes or limits your mandatory rights under applicable Italian and European Union consumer protection laws.
You agree not to:
Your content: You retain all rights to the personal information and professional data you provide. Content generated through the Service based on your input belongs to you.
Our platform: The Service itself — including its design, algorithms, AI models, branding, code, and underlying technology — remains the exclusive intellectual property of Tildea. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial career development purposes.
By using the Service, you grant Tildea the right to:
We employ industry-standard anonymization techniques (including statistical aggregation and k-anonymity thresholds) and regularly audit our processes to ensure the irreversibility of anonymization in accordance with GDPR Recital 26. Aggregated datasets are never published or shared unless they contain data from a minimum of 100 users, preventing re-identification through small sample analysis.
You may withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time via your account settings, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed prior to withdrawal.
Content generated by our AI agents is intended solely as a drafting aid. In accordance with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) and Italian Law 132/2025, you acknowledge that:
Content Approval & Export: By downloading, exporting, or sharing any document generated through the Service (including resumes, cover letters, and other materials), you confirm that you have reviewed, edited, and approved the content. Upon export, the document becomes your own work product and you assume full responsibility for its accuracy, completeness, and use. Tildea bears no responsibility for exported content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Italian and European Union law, including but not limited to: (a) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation (dolo); (c) liability for gross negligence (colpa grave) under Article 1341 of the Italian Civil Code; or (d) any mandatory consumer rights under the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2019/771 on digital content.
SUBJECT TO SECTION 9 ABOVE AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TILDEA, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA; (D) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT ON THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
This limitation does not apply to damages arising from willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Italian or EU law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tildea and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) content you submit to the Service. This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent that the claim arises from Tildea's own willful misconduct or gross negligence.
In accordance with the EU Data Act (Regulation 2023/2854), applicable since September 12, 2025:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and applicable European Union regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU Data Act, and the EU AI Act. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
