Tildea AI provides an AI-powered resume building platform that utilizes multiple specialized AI agents to assist users in creating tailored resumes, cover letters, interview preparation materials, and professional correspondence.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content through the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
• Share, resell, or redistribute generated content as a competing service.

5. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Service based on your input belongs to you. However, the Service itself, including its design, algorithms, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of Tildea AI.

6. Subscription & Billing

• Free tier users receive a limited number of resume generations per month.
• Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI agents is intended as a drafting aid. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring the accuracy of all generated content before use. Tildea AI does not guarantee employment outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tildea AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
